The STI series sterile test isolator is a controlled clean micro-environment that not only removes external microbial contamination,isolation,and non-personnel contamination,but also maintains the cleanliness level A environment.
It is equipped with a special hydrogen peroxide VHP sterilizer,a residue removal system after sterilization,a sterile air supply system,a closed cabin system,a special HMI operation and recording system,and a computerized verification system software.
The sterile isolator is widely used in pharmaceutical,medical,sterile isolation operation in sanitary,biological test and other places.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
Automatic Leak Detection:Inflate the cabin to check whether the system remains airtight.If the airtight requirement is met,the sterilization procedure will commence.If not,continue to inflate for airtightness,then conduct leak detection again.Repeat this cycle until the airtight condition is satisfied.
High -efficiency Flash Evaporation Method: A high -precision constant -temperature system ensures O decomposition of hydrogen peroxide during evaporation,enabling 100%of hydrogen peroxide to form steam.
Rapid Residue Removal: The equipped hydrogen peroxide decomposer can not only quickly and thoroughly decompose hydrogen peroxide in the space but also break down the hydrogen peroxide residues on the surface.
Sterilization Process Recording:Automatically detect the sterilization concentration and automatically plot the sterilization process curve.
Door Interlock Function: The doors of the equipment cannot be opened during operation.
Antibacterial Treatment of the Inner Cabin Surface:The inner cabin surface is treated with antibacterial measures,which can achieve the effects of sterilization and antibacterial,preventing the growth of microorganisms on the inner cabin surface forever.
Compliance with Computerized Validation Software: The system has functions such as audit trail,electronic signature,and data integrity.
Bottom-loading Feature:The bottom-loading transfer chamber has a compact structure,occupies a small area,and is easy to operate.
