Brief description of work process
The suspended particle online monitoring system can set online suspended particle monitoring points and planktonic bacteria sampling according to the user's pipeline, and conduct online continuous monitoring of key clean areas. The particle size of the monitored particles is 0.5, 5.0μm. The system is equipped with an external vacuum sampling pump, and is equipped with corresponding sampling tubes, data cables, power cables and other auxiliary materials according to the actual situation of the plant. All wires are passed through the stainless steel tube. It can be extended to realize real-time monitoring of environmental parameters in the clean room's A-level and B-level areas, including temperature and humidity, pressure difference, and wind speed, and realize functions such as display, record, storage, printing, alarm, and historical record query.
