High‑sealing Chamber Structure
Adopting fully‑welded 304 stainless steel construction with multi‑layer O‑ring sealing to achieve low overall leakage rate and stable internal atmosphere. High‑transmittance, corrosion‑resistant viewing window provides clear full‑view observation inside the chamber. - High‑efficiency Gas Purification & Circulation System
Closed‑loop inert‑gas circulation. Oxygen removal by catalyst and deep moisture removal by molecular sieve. H₂O and O₂ content inside the chamber can be stably maintained ≤1 ppm to avoid deterioration of oxidation‑ and hydrolysis‑sensitive samples. Automatic regeneration of purification columns reduces maintenance cost.
- Intelligent PLC Automatic Control System
Touch‑screen HMI displays real‑time oxygen, moisture and chamber pressure. Automatic pressure regulation, auto‑gas filling & exhausting, audio‑visual alarm for over‑limit H₂O/O₂ values. Multiple safety protections for simple and reliable operation.
- Vacuum Antechamber for Material Transfer
Large‑ and small‑size antechambers are equipped. Materials are fed into main chamber after vacuum pumping and inert‑gas replacement. Main‑chamber high‑purity atmosphere will not be destroyed during sample loading/unloading, lowering gas consumption and improving working efficiency.
- High Flexibility & Expandability
Reserved standard process ports for connecting external modules such as oven, coating machine, stirring and heating units. Single‑station / dual‑station options available. Vibration‑dampened split‑type structure. Suitable for lithium‑ion battery, semiconductor, new‑material R&D, chemical synthesis and other scenarios. Customization is supported.
