The cell processing isolator system is a specialized piece of equipment designed for cell harvesting, extraction, observation, and culture within a sterile environment; it must not only eliminate external microorganisms but also protect cells from damage and contamination; it must facilitate rapid cell growth while ensuring that both personnel and the environment remain in a sterile state throughout the production process; it constitutes a multifunctional environmental process system.

System Composition

The cell processing isolator system consists of several components: a sterile isolator, a honeycomb cell processing system, a transfer system, and an information management system.
The sterile isolator is equipped with a centrifuge, pipetting system, solution preparation system, sampling microscopy system, as well as a sterilization system, residual removal system, laminar airflow system, and control and monitoring system; it also supports both automated robotic operation and manual operation assisted by gloves.
The honeycomb culture system consists of several components, including a mobile incubator, a CO₂ culture system, and a honeycomb frame.
