The GT-6 online glove integrity tester is an instrument for detecting the leakage rate of sterile gloves. It is widely used in the leakage detection of rubber gloves and products such as 7- inch, 8 - inch, 10-inch gloves, and half- body suits. It features simple and rapid detection, high accuracy, and visualizable test results.

Working principle

The GT-06 glove integrity tester adopts the differential pressure attenuation detection method to pump up the safety gloves. After the internal pressure reaches the set value, the pressure will start to be maintained. The pressure will drop within the standard range within 30s of the pressure, indicating that the safety gloves are well sealed and tested. The result is: good; on the contrary, if the pressure drop is greater than the standard range within 30s of holding pressure, the surrounding enclosure of the safety glove is leaking, and the test result is: NG.
