As professional biodecontamination equipment, this unit integrates hydrogen peroxide generator, sterile air supply, electromagnetic door interlock, full sealing structure, post-cycle residue removal system, intelligent HMI touch screen and sterilant delivery system. It adopts room-temperature vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilization technology, delivering 6-log sporicidal effect without damaging heat-sensitive instruments and materials. After decontamination, hydrogen peroxide decomposes into water and oxygen with no harmful residues.
The mandatory dual-door interlock prevents simultaneous opening to avoid airflow cross-contamination. All sterilization parameters are automatically recorded for GMP traceability. Constructed with seamless 316L stainless steel, the device features easy cleaning and fully automatic operation with customizable cycles via intuitive touch interface.
